We’re so excited to bring Lemonade’s nurturing, energising Mum & Baby Yoga sessions to Crouch End, Muswell Hill and Bowes Park. These classes are designed to support your postnatal body, help you bond with your baby, and give you a warm, welcoming community to be part of.
What's Included in your weekly class?

Postnatal Yoga for Mum - 45 minutes
A thoughtful blend of strengthening and stretching to help you rebuild after birth. This includes deep core and pelvic floor activation, gentle strengthening to support posture and stretches that release tight shoulders, backs and hips.
Enough movement to lift your heart rate and awaken those mood-boosting endorphins
It’s a space to reconnect with your body, build confidence and feel good again.


2. Baby Sing & Stretch - 10 minutes
A fun little moment for the babies — and for mums who don’t mind singing like no one’s listening. This includes playful stretches for baby, silly, cheerful songs (no vocal talent required — in fact, the more chaotic, the better)
Expect movement and rhythm to help bonding and sensory development. It’s sweet, it’s silly, and babies absolutely love it.
3. Chill, Chat & Cake - 30 minutes
After moving and bonding, we slow right down. The class turns into a relaxed community space to meet other mums. This is our time to chat, unwind, ask questions and enjoy some Delicious cake.
Because community matters — and every mum deserves a cake. You will leave each class relaxed, calm, connected to your baby and ready for the rest if the week.
