Billie Woodcraft
Lemonade Founder and Instructor

Billie is a pregnancy and postnatal yoga specialist with over 12 years of teaching experience. She is also an antenatal teacher, massage therapist, and breastfeeding counsellor, and is mum to three wild boys. Billie first came to yoga to support her own mental and physical health, which sparked a deep passion for helping others feel stronger, calmer, and more connected through movement and breath.

Billie teaches a postnatal flow yoga class designed to gently rebuild strength, stretch tight areas, and support your body after birth. The class focuses on core, pelvic floor, hips, back, and shoulders, helping you move with more ease and leave feeling grounded, energised, and more connected to yourself.

 

Community and connection are at the heart of all classes and Billie likes to incorporate chill and chat sessions, class socials and chances to ask questions whenever she can.   When Billie is not teaching she spends most of her time on football sidelines and running through muddy puddles with the 3 boys.
